Patented nozzle head located inside the turbine:
- turbine wind is protecting the water spray against the side wind
- creates a very homogenous water mist - with ideal droplet size - targets any kind of dust
- 30 ceramic nozzles: quick and easy cleaning and inter-changing of nozzles depending on droplet size required

Nozzle Technology
Uses less water, requires less pressure
- Quality, size, arrangement and placement of nozzles but NOT their quantity- is important for successful dust control at the source
- High quality, single- or multi-jet nozzles: fine water spray, with constant droplet size, large quantities - run with less pressure
- Use of SALTwater: the V22 system is capable of operating with high SALINE/ BRINE concentration - saving both water and energy

Dust Control - Ejection Technology
Energy efficiency
- CAD designed turbine fan blades create better airflow and consume less energy
- Airflow and throughput-optimized spray ejection technology - such as fans or lances, combined with the patented nozzle/spray head ensures the atomized water is placed exactly at the dust source - saving up to 30% of energy and water
